1 lb. Ground lamb
1 lb. Ground beef
1 bunch parsley
4 cloves garlic
1 Med. onion
1 Red bell pepper
1 – 6 oz. Can tomato paste
1 – 16 oz. Can whole tomatoes
4-6 Fresh Naan
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Mint
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
Add parsley, onion, garlic, bell pepper into a blender and mix until diced.
Add meat, diced vegetables, mint, salt, pepper, paprika, tomato paste, and tomatoes with some of its sauce into a large glass bowl.
Mix thoroughly and let stand in refrigerator 2-4 hrs.
Spread a thin layer of meat mixture onto each Naan.
Bake in oven for 15 mins.
