Hi, I’m Adam, and welcome to TACOJAKE!

I’m a Rhode Island native and a second-year culinary student with a passion for creating delicious meals for friends and family. I love recreating meals from some of the world’s best chefs, as it allows me to experience their craft and bring those flavors into my own kitchen.

TACOJAKE was named after my two favorite family dogs—a tribute to the love and joy they brought into my life. It’s a reminder that, like the best moments in life, great food is meant to be shared with the people you love.

For me, cooking is more than just a hobby. It’s a way to connect with others and share the joy that great food can bring, and I’m excited to share that experience with you.
