8 tbsp (1 stick) – Grass-fed salted butter
1 – Chicken bouillon cube
2 1/2 cups – Chicken broth or stock
2 cups – Long grain white rice such as Basmati or Jasmine
Vermicelli
In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add 1 cup broken into 1/2 in. pieces of vermicelli; lightly brown.
Add long white grain rice , lightly brown, 1 min.
Add salted chicken broth, stir.
Add 1 chicken bouillon cube, bring to a boil.
Cover, untouched for 35-40 mins until done.
